Jesse (Masahiro Minami) was trained under a Japanese master bartender for two years at the Le Monument Bleu, Kyoto Japan. His precise and elegant mixology follows one of the standard NBA (Nihon/Japanese Bartender Association) methods.
He has four years of experience working at bars in Japan as a head bartender, whisky blender, and sommelier. He has invented numerous signature cocktails and is knowledgeable in distilled spirits, liqueurs, wines and beers.
Jesse brings his passion and "elegance" to the art of martini making. He is also a very friendly person. Come and have a chat with him and your drink of choice will be found in the conversation.
